4th May – Bed dug over with manure and clay, ready to plant Garlic.
29th May – Bulbs are shooting, weeding begins
9th June – Growing well
22nd June – Keeping the weeds down and watering if dry
26th October – Harvest time. Dying back, but still a few green leaves to form a sheath on the bulbs
A great haul, ready to hang in the shed to dry and eat 🙂
